Delivery Times

Delivery times of Bounce Houses, inflatable combos, water slides might vary from 2 hours - 30 mins before scheduled event. You will receive a text message with details the day before the event.

Cancellation Policy

A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm all reservations. All CANCELLATIONS are given credit (raincheck) with our company for up to one year following the original event date. When you are ready to reschedule within one year of your original date please call our office.

FREE CANCELLATIONS same day before 7 AM.
CANCELLATIONS at Day of event or at delivery received same after 7 AM will have no REFUND OR RAINCHECK

Weather Policy

At Smiley Jump, your safety is our top priority. We closely monitor local weather conditions to help ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone. We ask that you also stay aware of any weather updates in your area leading up to your event.
If severe weather such as rain, strong winds, or other unsafe conditions arise, we reserve the right to cancel your rental. In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded.

We, as company keep the right to cancel/reschedule your event due the high winds. Everything higher then 15mph is risky and we will comply with safety authorities .In case that we have to cancel-you will be refunded in full. In the case that we set up within normal conditions and wind speed increase ,we will call you to turn off unit and there won’t be any refunds.

If the weather is uncertain on your event day and you decide to proceed with delivery, the remaining balance will be due in full, and no refunds will be given, even if the bounce house is used for only part of the scheduled time.

Park Setup

We love setting up in parks but most parks do not have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost.

You must obtain a Park Permit in order have a bounce house set up in a public park. follow the link below to find out the requirements to obtain a permit.

We offer free delivery within 20 miles of Germantown MD 20876.

If the event is more than 20 miles away from zip code 20876 a delivery fee of $3.5 per mile will be charged

Safety Rules for Inflatables

The safety of the children using our inflatable truly depends on the presence of adult supervision AT ALL TIMES!!
NEVER LEAVE INFLATABLE UNATTENDED!!
RULES FOR USE OF BOUNCE HOUSE/MOONBOUNCES🎪

🎈Max of 8 children between the ages 2 to 8.
🎈Max of 6 children 8 to 12 years old.
🎈Max of 3 teens or 2 adults at any given time.
🎈NO pulling, hanging or climbing walls of the unit.
🎈NO food, drinks or animals in the unit.
🎈NO sharp objects (jewelry, glasses, etc).
🎈NO flips or horse playing in or around the unit.
🎈Keeping the ages and sizes of groups well-matched will help minimize the chances of someone getting hurt.
RULES FOR USE OF WET/DRY SLIDES
🎈Max of 1 person on slide at any given time.
🎈No sliding down when there is someone in the way of sliding.

Dunk Tank Safety Rules

-Easy Dunker must always have an adult operator on duty when in use.
*When tank is going to be unattended, always drain water. NEVER LEAVE A DUNK TANK FILLED WITH WATER UN ATTENDED!
Never place the dunk tank on a platform or stage. (NOTE: When filled the dunk tank weighs over 4,500 pounds.)
Keep Easy Dunker away from electricity.
*Keep water level filled to at least from the top of the tank.
*Only one person at a time should be allowed on the seat or in the tank.
*Anyone with medical conditions which may place limitations on their physical exertion (such as, but not limited to: heart condition, pregnancy, back injury, etc.) should stay off of the dunk tank.
*keep from slipping, the dunkee must always wear rubber sole shoes.
*Before (and each time) the dunkee climbs onto the seat, they must first make sure the seat is securely locked in place and that the safety latch is engaged.
*The dunkee should use the handles to assist in climbing out of the tank and for getting back up onto the seat after being dunked. However, the dunkee must not hold onto the handles while being dunked.
*The dunkee must move toward the front of the tank when coming up out of the water to avoid hitting their head on the seat.
*Never use hard balls.
*Never stand or kneel on seat.
*When being dunked, the dunkee must keep hands on knees and sit forward on the seat.
*Do not allow anyone to hit target with hands.
*Do not operate Easy Dunker during a storm.
